5594 Rivercrest Valley Drive

Jones’ 1992 Corcoran House design is another great example of his organic architecture style and great detail. At nearly 7822 square feet, it is designed with entertaining and family in mind. Natural light floods the home and geometric patterns echo throughout. This design includes a running water feature, designed with his signature stone in a courtyard setting outside both kitchen and bedrooms. Fay Jones’ partner, Maurice Jennings, and associate David McKee, worked closely with the builders to make sure all material choices and details were as intended. Photography allowed.

5630 Rivercrest Valley Drive

The 2024 Corcoran House was designed and built by Jennings + Santa-Rita Architects out of Fayetteville, AR. This award-winning architectural firm has Walter Jennings, Maurice Jennings’ son, and Lori Santa-Rita at the helm. They very successfully, as requested, built a house that honored Fay’s design principles in about half the square footage. Their design brought the Corcoran’s favorite features from Fay’s design into the new home and modernized the general feel of the light filled home. It too has a courtyard outside kitchen and bedrooms!

No photography allowed in this home, no exceptions.
