The Department of Arkansas Heritage officially awarded the Conservancy with an Arkansas Heritage Grant to laser scan the Faubus house in Huntsville! In Spring 2025, our team will host the scan on our website as a 3D interactive tour for all to enjoy.
Architect David McKee designs Fay Jones Memorial Sculpture
Architect David McKee, a former associate of Fay Jones, recently revealed his design concept for a memorial sculpture to be located in Fayetteville in the Fay Jones Woods. The Conservancy will be looking for donors to contribute to its construction.
Applied for Arkansas Heritage Grant for Faubus House Laser Scan
The Conservancy joined forces with a team of three young architecture professionals in northwest Arkansas to apply for funding to conduct a laser scan of the nearly 7,500 square foot Faubus House in Huntsville, Arkansas.
